Our exams are rigorously designed and tested to ensure that they are error-free and that the score a candidate receives is fair and accurate. If, however, you feel that your exam score is incorrect, you may register an appeal by filling out the Exam Appeal Submission Form we've provided for your convenience.
Once you submit the form below, we will begin the process of re-evaluating your exam score. This process should take between 2 and 4 weeks, after which we will contact you with the results. If we need to contact you for more information, the process may take longer.
If we decide that your score was erroneous, we will update your record with the new score and re-issue your certificate and digital badge.
The decision of the Exam Score Re-evaluation Team is final.
In the interests of exam security, we are unable to comment on the specifics of any item, and we cannot tell you which individual items you scored correctly or incorrectly.
