OpenEDG and the Linux Professional Institute (LPI) are proud to announce a brand new partnership between the two organizations. This partnership aims to directly benefit learners of both institutions around the world, making it easier for them to access more learning materials and giving them greater opportunities to study, certify, and grow as individuals.
About OpenEDG
OpenEDG is the parent organization of the OpenEDG Python Institute, the C++ Institute, and the JS Institute.
OpenEDG provides independent, vendor-neutral certifications in the field of programming, recognized globally by many multinational corporations, international public and private institutions, and many government organizations.
In addition to world-leading exam certifications, OpenEDG also provides interactive courseware to not only prepare test takers for the exams, but also to train a new generation of programmers from absolute beginners to advanced professionals.
What’s more, all OpenEDG courseware is provided free of charge.

About this partnership
The new partnership between OpenEDG and the Linux Professional Institute will lead to a host of new products and services for the students and partners of both OpenEDG and LPI. In the coming months, students will begin to see LPI material appearing in their Edube accounts, and they will find it easier than ever before to become accredited through the Linux Professional Institute.
Similarly, LPI students will gain access to a wealth of resources from OpenEDG, and will also be able to take OpenEDG-accredited exams with the click of a button. Moving forward, OpenEDG and LPI intend to collaborate closely on new courses and certifications that address the needs of industry and education alike, and students can look forward to getting their hands on materials that will help them get the jobs they really want.
